Terms & Conditions

  1. Monthly Fee: The subscription costs £480 + VAT per month or £900 + VAT per month, payable in advance.
  2. Included Hours: The subscription includes 6 or 12 design hours per month.
  3. Additional Hours: If you exceed the included hours, additional hours can be purchased at a discounted rate of £75 per hour.
  4. Credits Roll Over: Unused credits roll over to the next month and are valid for up to 3 months.
  5. Cancellations: Subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Unused credits are retained until the end of the notice period.
  6. Scope of Work: Credits can be applied to any design task agreed upon in writing.
  7. Priority: Subscribers’ work is given priority but is subject to availability within a reasonable timeframe.
  8. Payment Terms: Payments must be made via invoice or direct debit before the start of each subscription month.
